AcroYoga is best outdoors with grass between
your toes or sand beneath your feet.
Grass here can also represent growth and skill development while sand is the process of polishing off the rough edges and refining over time.
AcroYoga is a combination of acrobatics and yoga. It develops strength, flexibility, balance, trust, confidence and embodied knowledge in an accessible and playful way.
Therapeutics is about letting go of physical and emotional stress. It can involve therapeutic flying, massage or emotional exploration with the goal of becoming more clear and relaxed.
Themes can be explored in an embodied way that often reveals new insight.
Trust is about putting faith in another person. It allows us to go further than we can on our own.
Courage is required to move through our fears. It helps us go beyond our comfort zone and expand as a person.
Focus involves channeling intention and effort towards an outcome. Continued focus can lead to exceptional results.
